In my work with NGOs, corporations, and even more, from my perspective as a mother and a member of our global community, I recognize that climate change is of critical importance to all of us.

Although we read and hear about it in the news and through world leaders and global action groups, It can often feel cluttered by politics, commerce and jargon.

As I engaged more in this topic within my business, I realized I had a level of access and understanding that could further serve to promote sustainability practices. I also began to reexamine my own commitment at home and within my community.

Ultimately, I decided to create a YouTube Channel, “Alibe’s Sustainable World,” to share information, ideas and best practices in order to live a more sustainable life. 

Each episode will seek to educate viewers about the Agenda 2030 of the United Nations and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By examining the related real-life issues and the efforts being made by nonprofit organizations, working with corporations and local governments, we will learn how we can to work together to meet the international deadline. However, the channel will ultimately offer a comprehensive exploration of sustainable solutions that I learn to make on my own personal journey.
